LOOK 1

December 2025

A garment made entirely from Silk Rotana, imported from France. The sheen and shimmer of this piece, along with the extended draping, are intended to conceptualise the interior of a canyon, where sand and earth fuse to form breathtaking landscapes that cannot be replicated. With a total of 33 hours of garment construction and hand embroidery, this look is intended to display the power of God. All land and seas came into being on the third day of creation, yet they display immense detail and precision. We took almost two full days to create this piece, yet the Lord formed land, seas, and vegetation in a single day (Genesis 1:9-13, NIV). The hanging beads and clustered embroidery on the cups and hems display the ever-moving patterns of sand and earth within a canyon, all created in a single day, revealing the marvel of our wonderful Father. This piece is a full corset gown made with Kente for the external structure and lined with silk. It features 56 hours of garment construction and hand-beaded embroidery, as well as 81 yards of tulle and 8 yards of emerald green liquid mikado. This look displays the beauty of windy grasslands. With concealed boning channels and continuous draping around the circumference of the garment, it is intended to symbolise the beauty and irregularity of a grassy landscape shaped by the wind. We incorporated smocking at the bust to create volume and texture, and embellished the garment with a mixture of rice beads and seed beads highlighting the depth and beauty of God’s beautiful grass seas.
